Western Australia’s Education Mission In June 2023 | Indian Students Under Limelight.

Recent Western Australia’s Education Mission in June 2023 has come up with a lot of positive vibes for Indian students planning to study in Australia. Let’s have a look at some of those. 

During the event in India, representatives from Australia will outline various benefits for Indian students who are planning to study in Australia, like Accommodation provided by the government, Scholarship assistance, subsidies, etc. Along with financial assistance, there are going to be some important memorandums between Indian and Australian Universities. Let’s have a look at them in detail. 

Financial Aid For International Students To Study In Western Australian Universities: 

  1. Premier’s University Scholarship: 

The objective of this scholarship is to help meritorious international students to pursue their education at Western Australian Universities. Under this scholarship, ten students will be given a $50,000 scholarship for their course fees and other university costs. Students must apply from their chosen universities to get benefitted from this scholarship. 

  1. Western Australia Certificate of Education Bursary:

This scholarship will be given to 50 International Western Australian Certification Of Education graduates, and the monetary benefit would be $20,000 for each student, which would cover their university costs and other expenses. Students can apply for Western Australian Premier’s WACE Bursary through the online portal.

MOUs between Indian and Western Australian universities:

During this event, a lot of MOUs will be signed between different educational institutions in India ad Wester Australian Universities for the sake of mutual benefit. These MOUs will not only benefit the universities but also be highly helpful for International students wanting to study at Western Australian Universities.

  • MOU between Datta Meghe World Academy and Emotional Literacy and Mindfulness Academy. 
  • MOU between Asvara Academy and the University of Western Australia. 
  • MOU between RP Public Senior Secondary School – School Curriculum and Standard Authority. 
  • MOU between The Association of Indian Universities and School Curriculum and Standard Authority 

Overall, this recent education mission of Western Australian Universities focusing more on Indian International students along with students from Bangladesh and Bhutan is a great sign for those interested in pursuing higher education in Australia.
