Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about our products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions or concerns.
  • Explain the benefits of our offerings to persuade customers to take action, such as purchasing a product or enrolling in a program.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales or gather commitments.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.
