We are seeking a passionate and committed Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education, supporting senior faculty members, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students in Grades 11 and 12.
Subject Specialization (any one):

Please Note:
This is a residential role. Applicants should be willing to relocate and stay in the institution-provided hostel accommodation.
Role & responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific lectures to students of Classes 11 and 12.
- Design and implement lesson plans that align with the academic curriculum.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Address students’ academic queries and foster active classroom participation
- Collaborate with senior faculty and academic coordinators to enhance teaching practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in subject matter (Maths or Physics).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Classroom and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-first mindset.
- Willingness to adapt and contribute to a collaborative academic environment.
