Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about our products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions or concerns.
Explain the benefits of our offerings to persuade customers to take action, such as purchasing a product or enrolling in a program.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales or gather commitments.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless customer service.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.
